Frazier was born and raised in Apopka, Florida. For his undergraduate degree, he attended Florida State University, GO NOLES, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. In May 2020, Frazier graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, he was a student representative in the Student Bar Association and was actively involved in the Intellectual Property and Sports Law Societies. While a student at FSU he studied business law for a summer in London and loved England ever so much he went on to study comparative trial advocacy at Oxford University through Stetson’s study abroad program. 

During his time off, Frazier enjoys going to the gym, playing softball, going to the beach, boating, fishing, and spending time with his loyal pup, Rocky.
